Participants will have to whip up a 3-course-meal based on the cuisine of their choice. Recipes will be provided, while our chef will be giving a live-demo to inspire and excite all participants before they are pitted against other teams to produce the best tasting hawker food inspired dishes and be crowned the Kitchen Showdown Hawker Food Challenge Champions!!
